Introduction of Core Filled Snack Processing Line:
The puffed and core filled snack production line take corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, corn grits as main raw material and add water, sugar as ingredients. By changing screw, mold and some auxiliary equipment , it can produce puffed snacks and also core filled snacks. By injecting cream, chocolate, peanut butter, etc to the extruded hollowed roll to make many flavors of sandwich snacks. The puff snack line can produce many shapes of puffed food, such as round, star shape,ring shape, flower shape ,etc.
Features of Core Filled Snack Processing Line:
1.By changing screw, mold and some auxiliary equipment, can produce puffed snacks and also core filled snacks.
2.Core filled snack can be cut circular arc or planform, can be sealed or open.
3.Can produce cheese ball and other shapes of puffed snack, only need to change mold or screw.
