Notices before and after startup and shutdown of feed expander
1. Check all parts, especially the connection bolts of the expansion chamber, the ground bolts, the connection bolts of the motor base and the frame, and the connection bolts of the expansion chamber and the frame. No loosening shall occur.
2. Manual rotation of the spindle, at this time, no scratching sound can be heard in the expansion chamber.
3. Start feeding winch and check its stepless high-speed performance, requiring normal operation.
4. Check and clean water and air before starting. All filters need to be cleaned.
5. Check whether the wiring of the electronic control part is correct, the steering of each motor is correct and the control is reliable before starting.
6. After shutdown, wear heat-proof gloves, quickly unload the discharging die, and immediately clean it while it is hot. And start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the expansion chamber. When corn is puffed, the material in the cavity should be washed out with soybean flour.
7. Pay attention to safety during unloading. No one can stand in front of the machine to avoid the danger caused by the excess pressure in the cavity of the expander.
8. When the equipment is in normal operation, it may not stop at will.
